PROCESS AUTOMATIZATION

A lack of adequate process control and streamlining , not to mention possible operator error, often result in unreliable pretreatment performance, inconsistent material quality and, at worst, an increased rate of rejects. This may make process monitoring an arduous task , further resulting in high staff costs for tasks like regular laboratory testing and frequent operator intervention. For our facilities we may offer partial or full automatization for the procedural plant operations and process monitoring, fully integrated with solutions for automatic material handling and transportation according to our customer’s pretreatment requirements.  Implementation of automated procedures into the facility workflow permits economical plant operation even in times of peak material throughput while allowing our customers to maintain convenient (and if required remote) supervision and control over their facility even during the most taxing production cycles. EST may supply both the hardware and software required for process automatization.
